GlycoPep DB carbohydrate database contains N-linked glycans derived from pituitary hormones, serum/plasma proteins, and HIV envelope glycoproteins reported in the literature. It currently contains a compilation of 316 N-linked glycans from these glycoproteins. Future updates of GlycoPep DB will include compilations of glycan structures derived from other biologically relevant glycoproteins including those with O-linked glycosylation.
